These terms govern your use of bodyfont.com and any purchase you make from BODYFONT (“we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

PRODUCTS

Our products are cosmetic skincare for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Patch test first if your skin reacts easily, do not apply to broken skin, and stop use if you notice irritation. Keep out of reach of children.

ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are in USD unless shown otherwise. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a listing contains a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund it in full.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each recurring order on the schedule you selected, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can change, pause or cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting us; changes apply to orders that haven’t been charged yet. SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, both linked in the site footer.

SITE CONTENT

All content on this site (copy, images, branding) belongs to BODYFONT and may not be reused without our written permission.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
