How to get a refund

1. Get in touch through our contact page within 60 days of the day your order was delivered.
2. We’ll refund you — there’s nothing to post back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–7 business days of being processed.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’ll send a replacement or refund it, your choice, at no charge.
