To claim it, email gorgeswork@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of the day your order was delivered. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days of being processed.
The guarantee applies to your first order of a product, once per customer.
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We'll send a replacement or refund it, your choice, at no charge.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing us before your next renewal date. Your first subscription order is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. If anything is wrong with a renewal order, contact us and we'll make it right.

Because our products are ingestible, we can't accept returns or offer refunds outside the situations above.
